Description: I took this photo during a long road trip from Illinois to Florida. It may seem strange why I would consider a simple traffic shot with a highway sign for a gallery. I always base the choice on the feelings an image evokes. The road to Nashville symbolizes a long journey. A traveler may feel he/she will never reach the destination and wish to join those for whom the end of the trip comes in half a mile. The traveler knows an alternative path will never satisfy, so he/she must press on to reach the intended goal. Or maybe the traveler is a musician who hopes to achieve success in Nashville?
