Description: This image was an attempt to experiment with digital manipulation. I planned to create a series of photo-manipulation portraits. After a few tries, I gave up the idea for a while. I may still come back to it. At this point (11/06/2018), I’ve got four self-portraits, two portraits of strangers and one of a friend. I based the composition and the subject on the impression the model gave me. This girl seemed tough yet feminine. I guess it was the reason why I called it “Gentle Strength.” In a way, this artwork is a symbol of a modern woman.
