Description: Maple trees have become a curse of my yard. This little maple has sprouted right next to the mailbox. It was different from the rest, and, as far as I know, we don’t have another maple tree like it. When the leaves are new, they have a reddish tone to them, which I admired while taking a photograph. All the maples got sick with the same black spot disease. The little maple (I call it little since I kept cutting it and turned it into a maple bush) escaped the illness for years until finally got sick too. With the house renovation or demolition, the tree may go as well. In the meantime, it still brings joy to me with its reddish leafy youngsters. This photograph symbolizes the bliss of staying in a moment – absorbing every peaceful and happy drop of it.
