Description: This artwork represents an energy alignment or cleansing meditation. When I created this piece, I had some health issues and hoped to improve the situation (at least a little bit) through meditation. Whether it helped on a physical level or not – I can’t tell for sure, but the techniques had a significant positive effect on my psychological state. I believe I drew invisible processes happening (theoretically) during self-healing meditation or self-cleansing.
