Description: I took all the “golden” photos (Golden Sunset, Town Drive in the Sunset and Golden Road) when I was returning from one of our family weekend drives. It was raining, but the evening sun did not hide. It was shining through the golden clouds, and its rays gave the sky the mysterious dream-like appearance. I took a few pictures and added a filter to enhance the golden glow and make the photographs’ enigmatic atmosphere more pronounced. The color of the images seems to be the primary focus of the composition while the road (and the journey it represents) is the secondary one. The golden and brown tones evoke sensations of comfort and warmth. Their combination in the images represents stability mixed with curiosity and ability to be surprised by the wonders of this world. As for the drives – their destination does not seem to matter. In these photographs, they symbolize the joy of the journey itself.
